Description
This English Hunting Sword is brass mounted with horn handle held to the guard with three large brass rivets. It has a plain shell guard and the original velvet washer. The blade is 23 ¼ inches long and the sword is 28 ½ inches overall. These swords are related to the American Revolutionary War. See George Neumann’s book “Swords & Blades of the American Revolution”.
