Description
This shorebird was recently found in a northern Maine home. It is completely original, including the bill. Original worn surface, consisting of black and natural wood tones. The bill is doweled through the head. The tail is carved. A wonderful, original late 19th/early 20th century shorebird. Mounted on a nice mahogany base with old, possibly original stick. 6 inches tall x 11 inches long.
Overall with stand, 16 inches tall.
