Description

This is an extremely rare small chocolate pot, being only 7 inches high and 3 ¾ inches at the base. It is constructed of sheet brass (see photograph for dovetail seam), with a fruitwood handle. Refer to the silver books for this form as it is more common in silver than in brass. This is the ultimate piece for a base metal collector. This piece was found in rural coastal Maine.
